Membership Services - 1-year

12-months of membership support entitles your to:

1.   Technical Support with your data template.  Don't have the time, or if you are a beginning computer user, we will directly assist you with entering data onto your    device.  Call for further details. 
   
2.   Consultative Support.  Need guidance with organizing and understanding health data information?  We are here to assist you.  We answer your telephone inquiries within (4) hours of your calling.
3.   Free updates to your record.  If we modify your record template, we notify and will provide you at no additional cost to you, a free update.
4.   Free Attendance to Workshops.  We will notify you of any "corporate sponsored" workshops being held; Utube postings, blogs and other pertinent Wellness programs.

At the end of your 12-month membership subscription, we do not automatically charge or debit your credit card.   30-days prior to the term of your membership, we will only send you a courtesy notice and invitation to renew a membership.
